I've been trying to download something, but my dl speeds crawl. I have my router set up correctly to the best of my knowledge, and I've tried rebooting it. Yet, I get upwards of 60 kb/s upstream, but no more than 30 kb/s downstream (and that is high, it usually hovers in the 8-7k range). Is there something set wrong, or am I probably just supporting a bunch of leeches?
