Does anyone have any idea where that picture of Mikey came from? That is one of the best shots that I think I've ever seen. Great job of photography whoever took it.

hey branch, it doesn't have to be the last time you come on here... amid all the bitching lately, you still got people who care on here. :)

Re: a moment of your time please, a serious topic
you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
i am so happy that you are seeking help - for you and those who love you...
i had a very dear friend who suffered from panic disorder. he suffered alot and self medicated a bit too much one night. i still miss him so much it hurts my heart.
anyway, it really brings me joy that you are seeking help and i know that we have never met, but you truly will be in my prayers.

Branch:
I understand where you are coming from. I have anxiety problems as well. Self medicating is a disease. I am now in my seventh year of denial. I have been seen by shrinks, fluffed with meds, and live with constant pain. Please be careful of what meds are administered to you. Just be patient....Rome was not built in a day!

Listen to the river sing sweet songs, to rock my soul'

Re: a moment of your time please, a serious topic
I wish I could go on Vacation right now. I almost died when they played it on NYE. I was put down in my seat and into tears.
I might have be in the same place if I had not discovered and the beauty and joy in the music especially from Widespread. You can break free and make a new life for yourself. Just don't give up hope cause where there is love there is hope and there's so much love at Widespread

Re: a moment of your time please, a serious topic
I don't know anything about anxiety disorders, but addiction is something that I am very familiar with. A moment of clarity like the one that you experienced is a true gift. For those of us who battle addiction those moments are few and far between. I wish you strength in your recovery. Just remember "One Day at a Time"

They say it takes hardship, boy
To let you love the rest
Sometimes underneath the load
Is where I show my best
Go, put your work clothes on
Go and leave your mark
And they say
good luck hope to see you back on dp and on tour in 05'

Re: a moment of your time please, a serious topic
It takes alot of guts and strength to live with anxiety and depression. I also deal with it every day. Consider seeking out a support group. It can be valuable tool to vent your feelings, or just to listen. Depression is very misunderstood because the people in your life can only see the behavior caused by the disease, and not the disease itself. Physical symtoms are nearly impossible to identify without understanding the cause. I have been dealing with (or ignoring) my own illness since the age of 12. I insist that it is so difficult to not give up hope. But you must be strong!!! After years of denial and seeing half-assed doctors, I found a good one about five years ago (so, they do exist). Not that everything has been roses since, but it has really helped!!! Never quit on yourself. The pain you feel is minimal compared to what those that love you will feel if you give up hope. Don't ever think that you're alone! Erik

Can't change the past
Wasn't meant to last
I had my fun
And I climbed to the sun
But I was burned up
On the surface
But I'm still here
Underneath it all
But tomorrow
Or the next day
I'm on my way

Re: a moment of your time please, a serious topic
here's another bit of encouragement. Be receptive to positivity, and with help, it will find you and lift you up. I also hope you don't mind if I include you in my prayers. Like a lot of others on here, that picture of that hiking boot on that pedal means SO MUCH to me... that sound made many of my days brighter (still does so). Where can that picture be found? Anyone know?
