hey joe-

are you sure these are compressed? 5.7 gigs of 24/96 uncompressed is just short of 3 hours. if you tried to output 24bit flacs directly from cdwav, they don't compress...i'm redoing a show right now because of this.

http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=36545.30

see mid way down page 3...and page 4

it apparently doesn't work with 96khz files, it outputs files the same size as the wavs.

EDIT: I just noticed the other 24/96 source from this show is only 3.4 gigs:

Thanks for the bloodkin, Jayne and your tremendous blocking skills.....i don't think I would've pulled a complete tape without your help. It was packed in there.

Anyone care to help me out with a BnP (FLACS) of this...now that I have this 24bit addiction, I'd love to get a copy of this. Grovel, grovel, grovel...

I have the regular old audio discs if you don't get help. It sounds badass. Such a kickass show. That 'People Who Died' towards the end, the guitar goodness in the middle, had me bouncing in my seat driving yesterday.
