Tracker Setup

How would you set up a BT tracker for your web site? If it is extremely compicated don't worry about telling me how to do it but if it's not too complicated please explain. I'm thinking of setting up a BT download site for me and my friends. Thanks.

the tracker isn't complicated. it's a script written in python that you run in a command prompt window. if you download the source code from the official bittorrent site it contains the tracker.
